Abstract: Climate change is the defining challenge of this century and unfortunately, the pace at which the business as usual continues, it will haunt for centuries to come. Climate change is often viewed as an environmental problem only and not from the standpoint of ethical and moral justice. Numerous IPCC reports have highlighted the fact that there is human hand behind disastrous climate change and its deadly consequences. It is said, nature does not discriminate . However, this does not seem to be true as the impacts of climate change affect disproportionately. This human induced climate change has exaggerated the already existing inequalities and have created new forms of injustices. These injustices can be divided into five dimensions: inter-hemispherical; inter-country; inter-organizational; intergenerational and intra-country. One of the major concerns which is yet to be highlighted and addressed is the issue of climate refugees. The national and international laws defining climate policy are failing miserably in dealing with climate injustices in general and climate refugees in particular. The research suggests that these injustices would be better solved if right-based approach is followed. The researcher has tried to evaluate contemporary solutions through the lens of maintenance of sufficiency limit of basic human rights. By doing so the researchers has linked climate crisis with social justice and named it Climate Justice . newline
