Abstract: The study examines the status of use of marketing tools in University Libraries of North-Western India in Internet era. Further, the use of various modern marketing tools in University Libraries has been analyzed along with the users needs and perception. The study benefits the entire library professionals community for making essential changes to improve library services by adopting marketing tools, plans, policies and users feedback mechanism to satisfy their needs.
