Abstract: The blue-green alga, known as Arthrospira platensis, needs sulphur to synthesize and alter different proteins. According to the significant benefits of the single cell proteins, their medicinal and commercial values, and demands. Our team focused on exploring the significant anti-oxidant molecules of spirulina. So, our lab and seniors constructed a transcriptome to the spirulina grown in a sulphur-deficient environment. Six thousand twenty-three transcripts were found in the transcriptome, of which 4616 had specified functions. In this work, the Serine O Acetyltransferase (ApSAT) protein and S-adenosylmethionine synthase (ApSAMe), produced in response to a sulphur-deficient environment in Arthrospira platensis, were converted into the new peptide NV14 and GR15 newline
