Abstract: Self Compacting Concrete (SCC) is a particular type of concrete newlinethat fills the formwork, achieves full compaction on its weight even in dense newlineand congested reinforcement area. The proper compaction and consolidation newlineof concrete afford good strength and better quality to it. Inadequate newlinecompaction reduces the strength and durability of concrete. Conventional newlineConcrete (CC) needs external compaction after placing it, to eliminate the newlineentrapped air. The vibrators commonly used for compaction of concrete newlinecauses noise pollution at the site and also leads to health and psychological newlineproblems to the labour. The use of SCC reduces the noise at the site by newlineavoiding compaction with vibrators, and the productivity of the working newlineenvironment also increases. newlineTo attain full compaction, the SCC needs more powder content and newlinechemical admixture. The Fly Ash (FA) is a mineral admixture obtained as an newlineindustrial by-product from the thermal power station also fills the micropores newline
