Abstract: iii newlineABSTRACT newlineInternet of Things (IoT) is implemented in almost all the real-time newlineapplication. Everything around us is connected to internet these days. newlineAnything (mobile, laptop, network, refrigerator, oven, etc.) that is having the newlinecapacity to produce some information and communicate with other devices newlinethrough the internet and forms a network, is termed as IoT. The IoT devices newlineare normally used to sense the information present in the environment and newlinetransfer those data through the internet to other devices. These data are further newlineanalyzed to bring out some useful information. Due to the increased benefits newlineof this system, many attackers are trying to degrade the utilization of this newlinetechnology. Since, the devices are resource-constrained, efficient security newlinealgorithms are not possible to be implemented. This might degrade the life of newlinethe IoT devices in terms of battery, CPU etc. For this reason, the IoT devices newlineneed to be authenticated properly with upgraded Quality of Service (QoS). newlineAuthentication is the process of identifying and verifying the identity newlineof a system or person securely. Strong IoT device authentication is required to newlineensure that the connected devices in the IoT environment can be trusted. For newlinethat, the best data security approaches have to be deployed for the utilization newlineof IoT systems.
