Information is highly beneficial in the judiciary and crime investigation applications for the protection of human rights. Data security is highly significant in the field of Digital Forensic Investigation, as the information confined in the proof is more sensitive and confidential. The security measures and protocols differ depending on the services and applications. Hence, there is a need for a high level of data security during the collection, study, and assessing of digital evidence, particularly in the forensic investigations. The major objective of digital data security is to safeguard the multimedia data in an inspection pattern depending on the automatic classification and deduplication techniques. In the current state, during the presence of more eye witnesses at the crime scenes, digital or virtual evidence plays a vital role in the legal system, as the digital evidence is more reliable than eyewitness. Improving the safety and integrity of the virtual/digital evidence is needed in the forensic investigation, legal and judiciary systems. Once an individual wants to share the virtual/digital evidence to a remote cloud server, a trustworthy and effective channel for data transmission between the individual user and the cloud server is desired. A digital forensic administrator should manage the communication/transmission of the evidence. Conventionally, third-party auditing is required while using the virtual/digital evidence collection system. newlineThe proposed model presents an efficient system for collecting the virtual/digital evidence and securing the collected evidence by using an integrated fusion platform. newline
