dc.description.abstractEmployment is one of the major issues in macroeconomics that has a direct impact on the level of well-being and life of people in society. Unemployment causes a wide range of social and economic problems at the community level, the consequences of which, in addition to affecting the economic environment in any society, are also of political and social importance. One key important factor in recent years has been the employment of the workforce. Different countries are looking to increase employment to increase social satisfaction and growth and production, the role of employment in the dynamics of life is undeniable and can be considered the center of human and social communication. Research methodology of the present study to meet the objectives of the study, both exploratory as well as descriptive research technique have been used to understand the background information and current trends of employments. Secondary and primary data have been used to conduct the exploratory research. For primary data collection, as semi-structured questionnaire designed to collect the information. This study focused on the current trends of employments in transitional countries case study Afghanistan; the sample that has been used for the study is collected from four major cities of Afghanistan. The study takes into consideration all employment of private and public sector. The questionnaire distributed in four Major cities of Afghanistan. These questionnaires distributed to people involved in the public sectors as well as private sectors. Key words: Employment, Unemployment, Economics. Private, Public, Politics, Organization. newline
