The electric power grid is very vital in people s daily lives. Any failure in the power newlinesystem may bring our lives to a struggle. Hence, an automation system is required to ensure newlinethe various activities like continuous electric power generation and distribution, remote newlinemonitoring, control operations, and maintenance of the power system. newlineThe self-contained system should be made up of a network of different cyber components. newlineThis network of smart grid cyber components are helpless against different sorts of attacks on newlinethe current world such as Covert cyber deception assault, False Data Injection attack, newlinedenial-of-service (DoS) attack, Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack, Data integrity newlineattack and unexpected natural disasters. newlineA centralized approach is used to monitor the smart grid operations to generate and supply newlineelectric power without cyber-attacks. In a smart grid, a master control facility will be newlineresponsible to govern the remote terminal units. Some customers are participating in power newlinegeneration in the disseminated generation (solar power systems or wind system) of the electric newlinepower systems. In these systems, managing electric power distribution is becoming a newlinecomplicated task. Cyber-attacks on a smart grid can become an unmanageable thing in this newlineenvironment. newlineThis research focuses on security methods to ensure continuous electric power generation newlineand distribution in a smart grid with reduced vulnerability. The primary focus is to achieve newlinedevelopment of a secure power distribution model in smart grids to customers. newline
