The postnatal period extends from birth to the first six weeks after birth. It is considered as one newlineof the critical periods for mother as well as the newborns. If it is failure in detecting vital newlinesymptoms during this period can result into death and disability of postnatal mother. At the newlinecountry level, Nigeria and India are estimated to account for over one third of all maternal deaths newlineworldwide in 2015, with an approximate 58,000 maternal deaths (19%) and 45 000 maternal newlinedeaths (15%). Sustainable Development Goal 3 2017 (SDG-3) has a target to reduce the global newlineMMR to less than 70 per 100,000 births by 2030. newlineAs per WHO a state that postnatal period is one of the most dangerous and still most neglected newlineperiods during the life of the mother. Most maternal and neonatal deaths occur in the first seven newlinedays after delivery. The researcher has taken immediate and early phase of postnatal periods as it newlineis time of hospital stay where nursing care play a significant role. Maternal morbidities are newlineconsidered a leading contributor to the burden of disease among women. Especially, if newlinepostpartum morbidities are left untreated, this can cause a negative impact on the quality of life. newlineIn 2001 Institute Healthcare Improvement developed the concept of bundles to help health newlinecare providers more reliably deliver the best possible care for patients. As per the Institute of newlineHealthcare Improvement care bundle defined as a group of interventions related to a disease newlineprocess that, when executed together, result in better outcomes than when implemented newlineindividually newlineThere are three care bundles developed in relation to Obstetrics but they only address one of newlinemorbidities but do not address other vital ones, which are also of great significance and if not newlineevaluated may transit into serious consequences. There is need to develop a Comprehensive newlinePostnatal Care Bundle which categories the morbidities into physiological and psychological newlineparameters for their early identification and management thereto. Aims: - The aim of the study is newlineto dev
