dc.description.abstract | The conventional methods used for identification of S. aureus are limited to their newlinebiological characterization only that are not only time consuming rather have limited newlinereliability. Currently the molecular techniques based on PCR amplification of 16S newlinerRNA of S. aureus for rapid and specific detection is widely used approach. This study newlinefocuses on rapid detection of S.aureuss strains obtained from various food samples by newlinedevelopment of a specific PCR assay including a novel primer set and standardized newlinePCR conditions. A multiplex PCR assay has also been developed for specific newlineStaphylococcal enterotoxins genes (SEA, SEB, SEC, SED, and SEE) produced by newlinedifferent isolates. Out of the 100 isolates of newlineS. aureus obtained from various food samples some are fresh food and some are stored newlinefood like, milk and milk product (chees, butter, milksweets, rawmilk, curd) meat and newlinemeat products( non vegburger, soups, chiken and mutton) ready to eat food (cakes, newlinepestries, sandwiches) after many experiments and analysis found positive result for newlineenterotoxin infection in isolate number 5,6, 12 15 and 21 were found to be producing newlineSEA, SEB, SEC, SED and SEE respectively further employing that these strains were newlinecapable of producing only one type of enterotoxin. The developed multiplex newlinepolymerase chain reaction assays will be useful for rapid detection of S.aureus and newlinerespective enterotoxins being produced from food samples and environmental surveys. newlineThis may lead to early diagnosis of infection by several biological test and help in newlinetimely action to prevent disease. newlineThe current work was undertaken to analyse the sequence, structural and antigenic site, newlinemolecular docking for drug designing, docking characteristics and bacteriophages newlineapplication for the 5 enterotoxin coding genes SEA, SEB, SEC, SED and SEE. Various newlineIn silico tools and software have been used to perform the analysis. This data can be newlineemployed further for the development of a drug or enterotoxin specific therapy. newlineA total 8 chemicals or drugs like Virgin | |
