Abstract: Bio composite materials are a beneficial alternative to wholly newlinepolymer-dependent material manufacturing industries. This study aims at newlineincreasing the biodegradable component of the composite. The research till newlinenow has been on biodegradable reinforcement in a polymer composite like newlinenatural fillers and natural fibers. The bio-resin Aquilaria agallocha is blended newlinewith Epoxy to give an Aghil Epoxy hybrid resin. Prunus dulcis shell powder newlineand Pistacia vera shell powder along with basalt Fiber are used as a newlineparticulate reinforcement in the Aghil Epoxy hybrid matrix to form an Aghil newlineepoxy hybrid bio composite. newlineDifferent volume fractions of (10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 %) Prunus newlinedulcis shell powder and Pistacia vera shell powder particulate reinforced newlineAghil Epoxy hybrid composite are fabricated. The hand layup method of newlinefabrication is used for this hybrid composite. newlineMechanical, dynamic-mechanical, biodegradability, and thermal newlinestability of the hybrid composite are studied using standardized testing newlinemechanisms. The 20% volume of Almond shell powder in Aghil epoxy newlinehybrid composite has better mechanical properties. newlineWhile 30% volume of Pistachio shell powder in Aghil epoxy newlinehybrid composite gives maximum mechanical properties, storage modulus, newlineand glass transition temperature. The thermal analysis gives the results that newlinethe incorporation of Pistachio Shell Powder heightens the thermal stability of newlinethe Aghil epoxy hybrid composite. newline
