The present scenario has witnessed unprecedented challenges under newlinevarious socio-economical and environmental aspects regarding industrial design. newlineDemonstrating a substantial contribution to plausible solutions that resolve the newlinecurrent issues positively. Consideration of the relevance to the automotive newlineindustry has been confronting a momentary crisis based on eco-design, has newlinechanged challenges into opportunities. Under this specific attribute, naturally newlinederived fibre composites, which have been used as an alternative approach and newlineproduced primarily in some fast-developing countries, exhibited a set of socioeconomical newlineand environmentally viable approaches in the development of green newlineautomotive components. newlineAs fibres from plants are lightweight, robust, and a viable alternative newlineto man-made fibres, automotive companies have seen them as a crucial material. newlineThe research study aims to detect a natural fibre as an alternative reinforcing newlinematerial in a polymer matrix and generate lightweight biohybrid composites. newlineIn the current work three natural fibres namely, jute, hemp, and newlinebamboo, have been combined with seashell powder and polypropylene newlinethermoplastic polymer for the creation of BHJ laminates. Nine specimens with newlinevarying volume ratios of bamboo, hemp, and jute have been considered for this newlineinvestigation. For illustration, the mechanical characteristics of nine specimens newlinehave been examined. BHJ 9 was seen producing extremely good outcomes. The newlineresulting hardness was 68.5 HRA; flexural strength 239.36 MPa; tensile strength newline47.84 MPa; impact energy 18.33 joules. newline
