Abstract: In recent decades, the prolonged and increasing energy demand has caused significant progress in renewable energy enhancement and production. Photo Voltaic (PV) energy is a fair option, each time more considered and developed around the world. One of the most viable renewable energy sources is PV energy, due to the economy of scale and the worldwide rising interest in clean and sustainable energy, it serves as an alternative to fossil energy as it is considered less polluted. To operate the PV system with high efficiency, the PV energy conversion system needs to be operated at Maximum Power Point (MPP). It is very difficult to track the MPP as the current and power of the PV modules depend on an array of terminal voltage and also the MPP varies with different environmental conditions such as solar irradiance and temperature. The PV system installation is affected during the Partial Shading Conditions (PSCs), such as shadowing of trees, leaves, buildings, accumulation of dirt on PV modules. The conventional Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) algorithms with the integration of DC-DC Boost converter at different environmental conditions fail to track in PSCs, namely Perturb and Observe (P and O), Incremental Conductance (INC). Under PSCs, output characteristics of the PV system will change and the P V characteristics curve contains more than one peak, which makes the conventional algorithm for MPPT difficult to track the practical MPP. To solve these issues, Current Perturbation Algorithm (CPA), Adaptive Control Algorithm (ACA), and Variable Perturbation Algorithm (VPA), MPPT algorithms are developed to achieve the optimal efficiency. In this Research work, proposed different MPPT methods which are the shaded percentage is used to find out the amount of current passed through the bypass diodes of all individual PV connected in the PV system. The implementation of the proposed algorithms are analyzed through two different configurations, namely Four Solar Panels Connected in Series (4S) configuration and Two Solar
