dc.description.abstract | newlineJob Satisfaction has come up as the most widely researched variable in organizational behavior research. It focuses on the opinion, feelings, and thoughts that an employee has about his/her job. Job satisfaction depends on anticipations that individuals have of what their job should provide and not only about the nature of the job. Many organizational behavior research assumed that employees as to be more productive, self-motivated, and dedicated to their work if they express high job satisfaction and employees often resign from their jobs more often if they have low job satisfaction. Several factors affect job satisfaction such as salary and benefits, work-related factors, promotion opportunities, relationship with supervisor and co-workers, job security, performance appraisal, recognition, and so on. So, it is very important to have a deeper understanding of employee s responses to their job satisfaction. | |
