Abstract: | The present investigation deals with the ambition of elaborating a newlinenovel ecological affectionate inhibitor expression for corrosion of aluminium newlinemetal is an aqueous solution at pH=10, inhibitor as adipic acid (AA), glutaric newlineacid (GA), succinic acid (SA), malonic acid (MA) and oxalic acid (OA) with newlineZn2+. newlineTo analyze the nature of the protective film, UltraViolet-Visible newlineabsorption spectroscopy, Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), Fluorescence newlinespectroscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Fourier Transform- newlineInfrared Spectroscopy (FTIR),and Energy Dispersive Analysis of X-rays newline(EDAX) has been using in a present study. The mechanistic surface of corrosion newlineinhibition is based on mass or weight loss method, potentiodynamic polarization newlinestudy, and dissimilar surface examination techniques. newlineThis thesis is divided into six chapters. Chapters 1 and 2 presents a newlineuniversal introduction of the nature, theories of corrosion, different forms of newlinecorrosion,the extent of the corrosion problem, theories of inhibition of corrosion, newlineand corrosion control by inhibitors. Review of literature study on the corrosion newlineinhibitors such as AA, GA, SA, MA, and OA for aluminium and other metals of newlinevarious environments.
