Abstract: | newlineThe present research is undertaken to understand the Interpersonal Competencies, newlineIntrinsic Human Capacities and Quality of Work Life of High and Low Performers of newlinePublic Sector Manufacturing Organization and their impact on Employee Performance. newlineThe study primarily focused on three broad objectives; to assess and identify low and high newlineperformers in Public Sector Manufacturing Organizations; to understand differences newlinebetween low performers and high performers in terms of their Interpersonal Competencies newline(Interpersonal Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Social Intelligence and Team newlineWork), Intrinsic Human Capacities (Learning Capacity, Conceptual Capacity, newlineRelationship Capacity, Action Capacity, Spiritual Intelligence and Work Values) and newlineQuality Of Work Life and lastly to suggest a conceptual framework exhibiting relationship newlineof interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence, social intelligence, team work, newlinelearning capacity, conceptual capacity, relationship capacity, action capacity, spiritual newlineintelligence, work values, quality of work life and performance. newlineUsing 3 X 3 factorial design, primary data from four public sector undertakings (chosen newlinefrom the 4 types of special status organizations) was collected. Under each single newlineorganizations, three levels of associates (based on IDA scales) of lower, middle and top newlinelevel management were considered. A sample of 400 respondents was planned to be drawn newlineusing stratified random sampling, however, the useable sample size of this study is 399. newlineUnder the study, various instruments [e.g. Interpersonal Competencies {Interpersonal newlineCommunication (Interpersonal Communication Inventory (ICI) of Millard J.
