Extensive applications of aluminium alloys in the automotive and aerospace industries promote research activities towards aluminium alloys. The entire world has identified the unique features of aluminum alloys and how the usage of it had its impact on the present needs. Yet the suitability of aluminium in the pure form is questionable, hence this research attempt on the property enhancement of the pure aluminium are executed. Thus, it happened with the addition of alloy elements to realize the aluminium alloys. Further the effective enhancement with the alloying elements are grouped and it is categorized as different aluminium alloy series as 1xxx to 9xxx. Among this the 7xxx series has the unique identity owing to the admirable properties and that make its versatile applications. Yet the developments in the alloying are unable to satisfy the industrial needs of specific property requirements. The concept of composite evolves to realize the property in a tailor made way. Several research happenings reported the effectiveness of the composite realization and its property enhancements. In line with such findings, a research attempts are made to synthesize the composite material with the base material of aluminium alloy. The present work focuses on the research work encompass the property enhancement of aluminium 7050 alloy. AA7050 composites are synthesized with the liquid metallurgy processing (casting). The reinforcement addition of titanium dioxide is planned at different weight percentage, Further the metallurgical examinations, mechanical examinations, and tribological examinations are planned and executed by adopting the procedures. The examination of the metallurgy exhibits the increase in grain size and uniform scatter of reinforcement in the aluminium composites newline
