Nowadays, there is a vast enhancement in the area of wireless sensor computing technology. Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) acts as a key technology for the Internet of Things (IoT) that enhances their performance to another specific limit. The market opportunity is more for the high-accuracy indoor positioning due to the development of indoor mapping information and location-enabled applications. Majority of the WSN applications are not useful in the absence of priory known nodes positions. Localization is the major dynamic research area in the WSN. The data extraction from the sensor nodes contains physical location information that is used in majority of applications like detection, tracking, and monitoring. Localization is considered as the unknown node position and location estimation with the help of communication via non-localized and localized nodes. WSN is employed in various environments like target tracking and disaster relief. The localization problem in WSN demands as a critical research field, thus making it applicable for Cyber-Transportation Systems (CTS) and cyber-physical systems through the development of innovative approaches. Localization is a challenging problem in networking. The major focus of this research work is to localize the WSN using a set of nodes. The first work covers the dynamic path planning-based WSN localization strategy. Here, a D* SQUARE algorithm is implemented that offers better accuracy using a single anchor node. For optimizing the errors, the mobile anchor node path is considered and the optimal location information is attained with consideration of the obstacle availability. The location of the entire sensors is received with the help of the mobile beacon newline
