Abstract: | A teacher is the one who develops a child s mental as well as emotional heath. From pre-primary school to university, a teacher plays different role in the life of a student. The personality of a teacher effects the performance in the classroom and also the relationship with students. The system of schooling changes every day. Once there was a time when the students had to walk a long way to reach their education institution. But now, with globalisation, government has opened various universities in almost each and every state of India. Even private universities are also opened in various states. But due to the pandemic, whole education system is shifted to online mode. Many teachers who are not familiar with the technology had to face problems in adjusting themselves with the changing demand of teaching. Explanation of Variables: Perceived Stress Perceived stress is a way how one is perceiving the stressful events in the world. It is the attitude of a person towards one s life s stress events. It is way of coping with the stressful situation. Happiness Happiness is a concept which is very subjective in nature. The concept of happiness differs across individuals. If a person is smiling, does that mean a person is happy? What are the factors that can bring happiness in a person s life? newlinexv newlineJob Satisfaction There are numerous elements, such as pay, promotion, incentives, co-workers, management contact, work environment, etc., that might impact the satisfaction level. Job satisfaction is one of the important factors which can affect the performance in job. It refers to the overall satisfaction which a person receives from his/her job that could lead to success in the work. newline |
