Abstract: quotThe environment is seriously threatened by the build-up of resistant polymers, newlineespecially Polyethylene (PE). Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE), one of the many newlinevarieties of PE, is the one that is most frequently used. Unfortunately, PE is produced newlineand used at a faster pace than it is disposed of. Although many methods, including newlineincineration, waste treatment and recycling, have been suggested, they have either been newlinetoo expensive or only partially successful. A different approach has been suggested, newlineutilizing the biodegradation of LPDE.quot newline newline
