Abstract: | newline Human resource is the only resource in any organization, whether service or manufacturing, that requires up gradation, motivation, and satisfaction in exchange for success. Researchers have been trying to figure out the best way to handle their human resources for decades. Throughout this trip, they discovered and established a number of human resource practices. These activities differ from industry to industry and from sector to sector. And if a collection of activities was acceptable in the manufacturing sector, it does have to be recognized in the service sector like banks also. Banks in earlier days focuses on capital and technology but now to achieve extended vision of banking sector, they decided to expand their branches from domestic to International. In today s era, banks need to have blend of new technologies, improved procedures of credit and risk appraisal, management of capital, product divergence, internal and external controlling regulations and efficient human resources with leading preference. Thus, the banking sector which acts as a key component of monetary sector for systematic management of monetary resources across the globe have realized the fact and started taking into consideration the concept about how to retain skilled employees by introducing Human Resource Practices. |
