Abstract: Using light to drive chemical reactions is appealing because photons are traceless regents that give energy to activate substrates, regents, or catalytic intermediates under moderate circumstances. Visible-light photoredox catalysis, in particular, has become well-known as a useful techniques in organic synthesis. This thesis consolidates the quinines visible-light photocatalysis for the synthesis of extremely important organic compounds include buta-1,3 diene, phenanthridine-6-carboxylate, trifluoromethylated benzoxazine, and their derivates under mild conditions. In addition, a probable reaction mechanism for their synthesis is also described. newline
