quotIt needs to be design drugs for diseases which are being caused by proteins whose newlinestructure is unknown. Experimental procedures for protein structure prediction is inherently low newlineand are thus unable to annotate an irrelevant portion of proteins that are becoming available due newlineto rapid advances in genome sequencing technology. Prediction of protein in large databases is newlineone of the major research objectives in structural and functional proteomics. This can be newlinesignificantly contributed to the explanation of functional diversity of homologous proteins as and newlineevery protein has some sequences of patterns. Therefore, its amino acid sequence is compared newlinewith the sequences of structural database using computational techniques. This has motivated the newlinedevelopment of computational techniques that utilize these experimental data for protein newlineprediction.
