quotA significant fraction of world population now spends a great deal of time in newlinecyberspace. Cyberspace has become a critical infrastructure that is embedded in newlinealmost all other critical infrastructures and enables every movement of human society. newlineAddressing societal needs of increasing population is a burden on authorities. newlineHowever with people participation in managing city resources and monitoring traffic newlineand environment greatly reduces the cost of establishing these entities.
