Abstract: newline Overweight and Obesity is the most prevalent nutritional disorder of today s era that newlinebecome pandemic now. The elemental cause of obesity is a result of positive energy balance newlinebetween energy consumption and its expenditure or a combination of both. The altered newlinephenomenon of hunger and satiety, lack of physical activity, decreased thermogenesis and newlineresting metabolic rate over a long period of time may lead to the energy imbalance.
