These kinds of challenges forces organizations to change their newlineworkforce as per new trends prevailing in industry. Auto component industry also facing newlineissues related to employee development and employee retention. So the major focus of newlinemanagers is not only on Human resources development and but also on how to retain the newlineentire productive one s. To develop this kind of culture mangers are continuously focusing on newlineHuman resource development activities in their organizations to built a committed workforce. newlineCommitment is a term that is used to do something or loyalty of someone towards something. newlineOrganisational commitment is a state of employee s identification with particular newlineorganization or his intention to stay and work for particular organisation. And this is area newlinewhere the human resource development can play the crucial role. newlineThe thesis entitled Assessing the Impact of HRD Climate on Organizational Commitment in newlineAuto Component Manufacturing industry is a genuine effort to understand the prevailing newlineHRD climate and organizational commitment level of employees working in Auto newlinecomponent manufacturing industry and also tried to find out any relationship between these newlinetwo variables.
