Abstract: | This work relates to Inchoate Crimes under Indian Penal Code with Special Reference to UK and India: A Study . In England, Law relating to attempt and other inchoate offences is codified, however In India it is not as much codified as it is in England. With the introduction of Criminal Attempts Act much of the ambiguity has been removed in law relating to attempt in England. However, ambiguity still remains in India due to contradictory judicial pronouncements. A comprehensive law should be made like England, in India too. As Per researcher s view Clause secondly of section 107 of IPC should be deleted to remove the confusion and ambiguity. newline |
