Abstract: 21st century witnesses computer based technology as a pertinent facilitator of learning and education. Beginning initially by integrating the traditional classrooms with information technology enabled tools such as smart boards, virtual reality and augmented reality, the learning industry is now treading towards a more sophisticated form of education that is based on the concept of lifelong learning. E-learning formed on the notion of 24X7 learning is now the latest trend in world of education and learning. Its penetration in India is seen to be growing at a massive rate. newline
