Abstract

Heteroaromatic compounds play a vital role in the design and the synthesis of active pharma ingredients and pharmaceutically active drugs. Typically 1,3,4-thiadiazole, 1,2,4- thiadiazole, Pteridone, Carbazole, thio urea, imidazo-pyridines, 1,3,4-oxadiazole, isoxazole, benzimidazoles are observed in naturally isolated drugs and acquired in characteristic medicinal and pharmacological properties.
