dc.description.abstract | Yoga is an integral part in the culture of India and has positively influenced the life of the Indian subcontinent for many millennia. Many civilizations and cultures originated in the world and influenced various dimensions in human life. But the yoga science that emerged in the Indian subcontinent paved the way for the development of overall human life consciousness and reached every section of the society. Indian sages, Manishis meticulously experienced every problem of every aspect of human life and paved the way to live a yogic life as their solution. newlineHere one question becomes very natural and worth thinking that what is the element in Indian culture that has not endured the basic elements of the culture even after facing so much calamity and foreign invasions at the collective and social level? The technology and science that was discovered and broadcast thousands of years ago is equally useful and powerful today. All these sciences and techniques were preserved in the form of Vedas, Upanishads, Puranas, and Yoga literature. Apart from the four Vedas, the 108 Upanishads, and the eighteen main Puranas, yoga and spiritual thoughts are the main subjects in the texts of Tantra and philosophy. The ancient sages understood the future human and ecological problems and all their solutions are contained in these invaluable texts. newlineIn the Indian subcontinent, there have been many foreign invasions and the incorporation of diverse cultures, because of which it has become a very challenging task to preserve human and divine qualities in normal life on a social level. From the Vedic period, the scriptures were preserved by memorizing them for a long time, thus creating these stories keeping in mind the plot and life story and political and historical background incorporating esoteric spiritual and compound elements described in the Vedas and Upanishads. Gave it to guide future generations also. newline | |
