Abstract: The purpose of the study was to identify the effect of different Physical newlineExercises on Body Composition and Selected Physiological variables of newlineOverweight Women. This followed experimental design. In the study newlinecomparison is between three group, two treatment groups and one control group. newlineThe objective of the study was to asses and measure Endurance training and newlineMixed training effect on various health parameter they Weight, Fat %, Blood newlinePressure and Blood Lipids. To meet the stated objective 40 overweight women newlinewas selected for the study. The overweight women was classified into three newlinegroup Mixed Training Group N=12,Control Group N=13, and Endurance newlineTraining Group N=15. The subject in the Mixed Training and Endurance newlineTraining Group had undergone 12 weeks of training as specified in the Training newlineprogram as per group. The measurement of all the variables was taken pre and newlinepost exercise program. The significant difference was noticed in Weight and newlineFat % only. No significant difference was noticed in other variables they are newlineSystolic and Diastolic Blood Pressure, Total Cholesterol, HDL, Triglycerides, newlineLDL and VLDL. All the mean score showed a better result compared to baseline newlinein all the health parameters however except weight and Fat % the result was not newlinesignificant. To conclude Endurance and Mixed Training was supremely effective newlinein reducing Weight and Fat % However they were not as effective in benefiting newlineother health parameter like Systolic and Diastolic Blood Pressure, Total newlineCholesterol, HDL,Triglycerides, LDL and VLDL. newline
