Abstract: newlineSince the inception of internet, Online Social Network (OSN) and E-commerce websites have emerged as the main gateway. On the e-commerce websites people buy/sell products or services by making monetary transactions through online payment system like debit card, credit card, UPI, payment wallet, internet banking. By 2021, e-commerce sale is expected to cross $4.5 trillion worldwide. At the same time online social networking websites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. have attracted billions of people to spend time on these platforms. People remain active on online social networks for information sharing, personal activities sharing, product reviews, sentiment expression, opinion expression, picture sharing, advertising their product or service etc.
