Abstract: | In this work, the cross bi-lateral filter is used to decompose the images and from umpteen soft computing strategies available, the amalgamation of fuzzy logic and neural networks called ANFIS (automated neuro-fuzzy inference system) is exploited. The input images are taken from Harvard database, which is created by Keith A. Johnson and J. Alex Becker at Harvard Medical School. This is a benchmark database with all the images registered and consist of anatomical and functional modalities from all the views. newline |
