Abstract: | Firstly, no one is above the quality of the drug product because I believe after God newlineonly pharmaceutical quality drug products have the power to heal the world and newlinewell-being of society. newlineIncreasing compliance and adherence to quality of drug product and quality processes newlinein pharmaceutical organizations during the latest years has made the competition newlineamong Indian pharmaceutical companies tougher. To increase the performance and newlineefficiency of quality, Indian pharmaceutical organizations have to do time-to-time newlinequantification and qualitative analysis of quality and their quality processes and by newlinedoing that, area of improvements, management action items, and mitigations plans newlineshall be roll-out and can be found. Identification of Pharmaceutical Quality Metrics newline(PQM) and Pharmaceutical Quality Dashboard (PQDB) is a common method used newlinewhen pharmaceutical organizations are analyzing their processes. Furthermore, inorder for pharmaceutical organizations to maintain competitive performance newlinemeasurement systems can be used. PQDB is a Quality Risk measurement system newlinemodel innovated for Indian pharmaceutical industry and less research and literature newlineavailable. Additionally, to an extensive literature research, a case study at one of newlineIndian pharmaceutical firm has been conducted to get valuable in-depth knowledge. newlineOne Indian pharmaceutical firm was chosen since they must continuously improve newlinetheir organization and internal processes in order to maintain the position of being newlineone of the world s leading pharmaceutical companies. Their internal quality process newlinehas been examined and served as a base for answering the research question. newline |
