Abstract: newline In the retail sphere, merchandise returns are a common exercise by customers. Many retailers and businesses are getting more sales by offering easy and liberal product return policies to their customers. Over the previous decade, the issue of unethical and fraudulent product returns are on the growth and drawing augmented attention from researchers and practitioners. Gone are those days when everyone said Customer is always right now the time has changed and it is called Deshopping. Deshopping The time when customer is not right, In other words, the act of purchasing a product and then return it after they have fulfilled the purpose of the customer .
