Abstract: The main objective of the work was accomplished by using the organic compound Nheterocyclic newline(PANI) with inorganic metal oxide in a very acidic environment. Using Araldite newlinerapid epoxy adhesive, creating a new type of cost effective polymer composite newlineSolution combustion was used to make ceria nanoparticles. In situ polymerization was used newlineto make PANI. PCNC, PTNC, PGNC, and PFNC. There were all made utilizing an in-situ newlinechemical polymerization process with APS as an initiator. Corrosion tests were carried out newlineusing araldite as an epoxy resin for PCNC and PTNC on steel 316 in a very acidic newlineenvironment newline
