Abstract: This research being on quotAn analytical study of Natural justice in Domestic newlineInquiries under Model Standing Orders of Industrial Employment (Standing newlineOrders) Act,1946 with pursuit to Codify its Fundamental Stagesquot, the research newlinetopic as regards the findings, suggestions and the net resultant is answered in a newlinethreefold manner that is, what is the problem? what is the solution? Is there any newlineready-made template available for the same? The above threefold manner is the newlinemethod in which the codification of the fundamental stages of domestic enquiries newlineunder Model Standing Orders of the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) newlineAct,1946 are answered and the basic stages are the preliminary enquiry, the newlinecharge sheet, the procedure of the enquiry, the enquiry report and the letter of newlinepunishment. This chapter tries to find out as to 309 what the problem is in the newlinebasic stages existing today and what the possible solutions to the said problem newlineare and make ready-made template available for the same. Once the template is newlinein place, issues as regards approaching the subject of domestic enquiries related newlineto its basic stages, would be possible on a common platform and that would newlinecertainly rule-out vagueness as the employers, managements, employees and newlinetheir unions as well as the enquiry officers and the courts will all be on the same newlineplatform of understanding. newlineThis will rule out all possibilities of vagueness in the fundamental stages newlineof conduction of the departmental of the domestic enquiry. Understanding the newlinefact that, every stage in the domestic enquiry cannot be codified, but the newlinefundamental stages can be codified; an attempt is made to codify the basic newlinestages. There is a codification done of the basic stages of a domestic enquiry newlinealong with numbering of preforms or templates. The codification process is made newlinevery simple, wherein the five basic stages of a domestic enquiry are divided into newlinefive sections.
