Abstract: Context newlineWithin Innovation management, it is imperative to have measurement and monitoring to deliver a successful performance. Innovation management is efficient with a framework that establishes influences within the innovation process. The insight to leverage knowledge is an essential part of driving Innovation. This research study reviews the perception of Innovation within Large Indian companies. The validation in this study is of perception and context of studies by investigating the enablers of Innovation performance with strengths and weaknesses within the practice for innovation measurement in select industries in the Indian context. newlineRationale newlineThe empirical validation is investigated by inferential statistics for influencing parameters that may be monitored as a prospect. It also prompts the perception of innovation within the industries by employees. The problem statement in this research study is to discover enablers of Innovation and understand the challenges of innovation measurement for leading industries where Innovation is practised. This is within the Indian economy and Indian context as the scope of this study. newlineConceptual Model newlineThe Literature review sources were from well-cited papers. The relevant papers for an integrative literature review with relevant papers used. The following are the highlights of the Review of the literature study. newline The organisational theory and Resource and Knowledge-Based View (RBV and KBV) were considered for this research. newline Perception of enablers to define the framework based on existing knowledge base under Organisational Studies have quantified organisational level traits by studying a set of employees who exhibit behavioural patterns newline
