dc.description.abstractDeclined rate of Child Sex Ratio is one of the major threats for the country newlinewhich is leading to several adverse effects including sexual crimes. Since, being the newlinemost concerning issues in the Country, it is important to create awareness about this newlineconcerning issue in people. Multiple actions and practices are being taken towards newlinereducing the gaps between the child sex ratio in the country. BetiBachao-Beti newlinePadhao Campaign is one of the most important and effective Campaigns towards newlineachieving the goals of reducing the gaps in child sex ratio. Hence, this study aims to newlineidentify the role of mediatization of the BetiBachao-BetiPadhao Campaign. The newlinestudy may have significant impacts to improve the situation on the issue because newlinestudies proves that media as an agent of social and cultural changes. To Measure the newlineeffectiveness of an awareness campaign like BBBP, understanding the perception of newlinepeople towards the awareness campaign, will strengthen the campaign, assessment newlineofMediatization on various issues related to the girl child, and development and newlineexposure of BBBP in rural as well as urban context are the significant outcomes of newlinethe study. newline newline
