dc.description.abstractAlthough the Work Life Balance topic has been much discussed everywhere newlinenowadays, but nobody has come up with a satisfactory solution to overcome this truly newlineglobal issue. Many a times while trying to attain the positive balance between work and newlinelife issues, individuals get influenced with negative family and work life satisfaction. newlineWomen employees are more likely to get exhausted because they have to play multiple newlineroles as compare to men employees do. As far as work life balance issues are impacting newlineevery sector in the corners of the world, women employees of Police force and Banks are newlinealso going through very critical situations nowadays. Keeping the main focus on the newlinesame, this study explores the facts behind the work life imbalance of women employees newlineof police force and banks. newlineTo anticipate short summary of a larger work for the purpose of compacting the newlinearguments, conclusions or results in to a small paragraph in order to find out the perfect newlinegap is the main aim of taking literature review. The articles published in renowned newlineinternational journals have been considered to carry out literature review study. newlineDifferent doctoral theses of famous researchers are also studied. The review of books newlinebased on the various work life balance issues from eminent authors across the world newlinehave made it worthful and added valuable inputs for the further research. newlineTheoretical framework of this study exhibits an understanding of theories and newlineconcepts pertinent to the topic of the research and it provides the broader areas of newlineconcepts under thought. It assists researcher to simplify the different aspects of an newlineobserved phenomenon from simply relating it and also recognizes their limits. newlineArticulating the hypothetical assumptions of a research study helps to deal with newlinequestions of why and how.
