Abstract: Overall, this study reports novel functional roles of S. Typhimurium encoded CspE during bile resistance, biofilm formation and in vivo virulence. It also establishes importance of an uncharacterised protein YciF, implicating its role in bile resistance regulation in S. Typhimurium. Additionally, this study identifies the involvement of another CSP, CspA during biofilm formation newline
