Abstract: The increasing demand for electricity and limited supply of fossil fuels have led to the use of natureand#8223;s plentiful resources that are polluted-free unconventional energy sources such as wind, solar, tidal, etc. Generators play an important role in the production of power. Due to its advantages like low cost, its robustness, low maintenance and no Direct Current (DC) excitation system requirements over two decades, brushless generator with an induction generator with an excitation condenser called Self- Excited Induction Generators (SEIG) driven through constant speed prime movers are becoming more popular. In addition, these generators may also function as an independent system for supplying energy to remote rural regions, which are difficult and non-economic to transmit power via a grid. However, inadequate regulated voltages under different loads are the main issue related to this generating system. The active and reactive power of Point of Common Coupling (PCC) must be maintained constantly to adjust its terminal tension with different loads. newlineModern electronic converters newline
