Abstract: Transformation of the Human Resources function with the adoption of Artificial Intelligence newlineTechnologies (AIT), enables organizations to leverage strategic advantage in aspects of newline Talent - a key differentiator for business success. As AIT herald s transformation of HR as newlinea strategic partner of the business and impacts the business itself, it is imperative to be aware newlineof what impacts the adoption of the AIT technologies in HRM. This adoption has been newlineinconsistent and not uniform. Hence, what impacts the adoption of the AIT technologies in newlineHR needed to be researched. HR professionals are one of the key stakeholders in the newlinedeployment of AIT in HRM functions. This research determines the influencing factors newlineimpacting AIT adoption in the HR function, through the lens of HR professionals. The newlinetheoretical perspective proposed for this study is an integrated model deployed of newline Technology Organization Environment (TOE) and Technology Adoption Model (TAM) newlineframework. Inputs of 330 HR professionals, key stakeholders in the deployment of AIT in newlineHR functions, across all key sectors, in small, medium, and large enterprises in India have newline newlinebeen analyzed by deploying a structured survey, leveraging the Partial Least Squares- newlineStructural Equation model. Measures of Reflective Model Measurement and Structural newline newlineModel Assessment have been deployed to evaluate the reliableness and authenticity of the newlineconstructs. newline newlineThis research validates the proposed hypotheses associated with the key adoption newlinedeterminants, as to whether they have an incremental or detrimental impact, on the adoption newlineof AIT in the HR function. It contributes to the growth and advancement of AIT in HR newlinepractices/function. The proposed model furnishes crucial insights for HR practitioners, newlineresearchers, and academicians to enhance and advance the adoption and research on AIT in newline newline12 newlinethe HR function. This research is a good reference and relevant for organizations planning to newlinedeploy or facing challenges in adopting AI technologies in HRM function. newline
