Abstract: | Using power efficient approaches such as efficient VM migration algorithms, VM consolidation techniques, and forecasting techniques, it is possible to accomplish energy efficiency, load balancing, SLA violation minimization, migration cost minimization, and starvation cost minimization. Investigating the existing VM migration algorithms and consolidation techniques related to current research in cloud data center. Review of predictive VM migration schemes using forecasting techniques in cloud computing. Developing the hybrid techniques for energy efficient load balancing either migrating VMs between the physical machines or by moving tasks within the Physical machine. Implementing the VMs migration optimization algorithms to minimize the average SLA violation, energy consumption, migration cost and number of VM migrations. Developing the optimization algorithm to move the tasks between VMs based on number of applications running on them in physical server to minimize starvation. Evaluation of the proposed algorithms through extensive simulations tools like cloudsim for real-world energy traces. Energy consumption based implementation focused to reduce the data center power consumption, essential to connect all device in the data centers. Here the energy consumption is based on the load balancing. Energy to generate the power efficiency affect the CO2 emissions. Develop the hybrid techniques for energy efficient load balancing either migrating VMs between the physical machines or by moving tasks within the Physical machine. Minimizing the energy consumption of servers in data centers biggest challenges in the cloud environment. The homogeneous of physical machine vary execution time of Virtual Machine. Result shows that energy significantly reduced. Followed by Service Level Agreement violation and its significant. Finally, Energy Efficient Resource sharing more persistence to use to identify whether requested resources violate the SLA. Key elements of SLA shows in what way it will helps the SLA agreements used. |
