dc.description.abstract | The present research on International Human Rights Standards and Security Laws of India : An Analysis is an attempt to delve on the issue whether the human rights and security laws in India comply with the international standard? newlineIn-depth study on the subject conclude that Indian security laws are largely in conformation with the international standards laid. However, there are some aberrations due to improper implementation and political abuse of these laws. newlineThesis concludes that there must be a universal mandate for every signatory nation to follow the human rights norms in their respective regions. States should also adjust their laws in a harmony with international laws and norms so that human rights can be protected uniformly. newline newline | |
