Abstract: Technology is advancing day by day .Learners are opting for easy and any where access of data content method of e-learning as compared to the traditional classroom learning method .E-learning is the must adopted advanced technology through which knowledge can be acquired from anywhere no geographical barriers. The object and tools available in information and communication tool and resources provide an advantage over traditional means of Learning .Each day millions of learning objects are uploaded which is making knowledge available at one click However, the scattered and semi-organized learning resources available to the learners in various e-Learning systems are confusing learner as these learning material are distributed .Also Competent educational institutions aimed to excel from past trends and transform their strategy into new emerging technologies for quality delivery of teaching and learning.. The challenges in eLearning are How to efficiently store data ,provide security ,lack of space solution, cost of infrastructure ,installation and deployment of professionals .Also if the application software and storage are maintained on single system they form decentralized system and makes the basic idea of sharing and availability of data remotely completely collapsed .The Learning object is also location specific which further add cascading effect on their processes like update to system can be performed manually. newlineThis thesis propose the solution by suggesting a framework of cloud based model that can facilitate the process of generating personalized learning course that can organized preferences of learner and suggesting course by giving complete road map to follow that can be best suited to achieve target . newlineFor Cloud Model.
