Abstract: | The history of banks in Madhya Pradesh goes several decades back. For both public sector banks newlineand private sector banks, Madhya Pradesh is an important location to generate a large amount of newlinerevenue. The role of and#8213;Human Resources Managementand#8214; is significant in terms of the growth of newlinethe banks. HRM is directly connected with recruitments and termination of the employees which newlinealso makes them responsible for fulfilling the needs of the employees. HRM deals with the job newlinesatisfaction, training, staffing practices, promotions, internal carrier opportunities, selection newlinepractices, compensation, benefits, performance evaluation, career planning and many more newlinefactors associated with employees. HRM role gets more constructive when there is a proper newlinecommunication between the management and employees. The most important role of the HRM newlineis to prepare employees for the future. In addition, HRM motivates, develops and fills the newlineemployees with enthusiasm for work. It also designs a platform for the employees to get the task newlinecompleted in a planned and effective way. newlineIn this research, the need of HRM in the banks is studied. The ability of managing people and newlinerisk associated is exhibited. The role and responsibilities of HRM is kept at the center of the newlinestudy which also includes the hurdles and its after affect over the people and the HRM. Bank of newlineBaroda and Axis Bank is selected as the study area for this research paper. The importance of newlineHRM with the all the possible challenges that they face are attempted to study and most newlineimportantly, job satisfaction of the employees based on the roles of HRM is analyzed. newlineFor this research, five hypotheses have been created for finding and achieving the aim of the newlinestudy. The conclusion is derived on the basis of all the covered aspects and in addition, few newlinesuggestions are made to overcome the present hurdles and for enhancing the role of the HRM newlineand benefits of the employees. newline |
