Abstract: newline Background: Behavioral problems among adolescent are of significant concern to teachers and parents. These are known to have both immediate and long-term unfavorable consequences. Despite the high prevalence, studies on psychiatric morbidity among adolescent are lacking in our country. Behavioral Problem is the most common type of disorder in adolescent worldwide, comprising 73% of all adolescents. The incidence of behavioral problem is rising in India. Moreover, conventional treatment may then have a significantly negative influence on quality of life and self-esteem of adolescent in the physical, mental and social dimensions. The increasing use of aggressive treatment method works as a catalyst to promote the mal-adjustment and reduce the quality of life in adolescents. In cognitive behavioral medicine, there is adequate support of cognitive restructuring, to alleviate the cognitive disturbances in adolescents. On the other hand, Yogic Intervention is an integral and vital element in the lives of many individuals. Psycho-Yogic module would be more effective in management of behavioral problems in adolescents. newlineAim: Study was to assess the impact of psychosocial factors on behavioral problems in adolescents and their management through psycho-yogic modules. Researcher conducted the study in two parts. newlineMethods: In first part study, the sample has selected to match the study and help in achieving the purpose of the study. The researcher was used accidental sampling technique for the data collection. A sample of 526 students was selected for the present research. The students of Gayatri Vidyapeeth, Haridwar were selected in the sample. Students between the age ranges of 14- 17 years were selected in the samples. In second part study, a sample of 30 participants (high aggression and low adjustment) by the simple random sampling technique (Lottery Method) was selected from first phase study. In this research work researcher used two tests for identifying psychosocial factors
