Human community has grown simultaneously with the digital era of devices and smart applications that assist them in day-to-day activities. With the rapid increase in internet users, social media and the wide spread usage of smart applications, Smart Community is growing where people share their likes or dislikes in an instantaneous way. A Smart community can be defined as the community with a vision of the future involving different applications in information and communication technologies in an innovative way for empowering smart applications such as Sentimental Analysis, Recommendation Systems, Object Detection, Text-to-Speech and others.
