Abstract: Banking industry is one of our nation s economic growth contributor newlinethrough more employment, financial support to individual and business people, newlinetax, etc. This industry is a workforce independent sector. It has its own newlinepeculiarities from its employee s point of view. Bank s quality of service newlinedepends on employee s effectiveness of employees on their job. Therefore there newlineshould be proper and professional human resource management strategies or newlinepractices at workplace. But it is so sad that the employee s needs and newlineexpectations was the most overlooked elements of banking industry. The typical newlinefunctioning of banks has not been including any specialized training on their newlineHRM activities. There is no importance to employee s benefits or growth on newlinetheir banks with the complete lack of competitive components and the accepted newlinedeposit prices are determined by the banks and internal agencies Central newlineGovernment and Reserve Bank India (RBI). newline
